When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after payment is processed.
Is my payment information stored?
No. We never store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date on our servers. All sensitive data is tokenized and handled directly by Stripe and PayPal.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee if your account is in a different currency.
Do you offer payment plans or installments?
Not currently. We plan to add Buy Now Pay Later options in the future. All current purchases must be paid in full at checkout.
